Located in Hardinsburg, KY. The eighth mile drag strip is located on roughly 34 acres just minutes from the heart of town. US 60 Dragway was purchased by Chris & Shelby Mattingly in April of 2023. With this new ownership-- much needed track renovations have been a top priority to bring racers a safe and enjoyable racing experience.
This eighth mile drag strip was completely resurfaced during the off season in 2023-24. The now full concrete racing surface, asphalt shutdown, extended shutdown, concrete walls in place of guard rails, improvements to the pit areas and shower facilities added-- has put US 60 Dragway back on the map as a place for racers and spectators to enjoy!
In 2024, US 60 Dragway brought on a well-known face in the racing community as Track Manager, Tyler Bohannon. We currently have a full schedule of events until the end of the season, but we are always looking to add programs/classes!
